Saree Silhouette by Tia Bhuva Review

If you’re like me and love saris but hate those potato sack petticoats, boy do I have news for you! After staring at the product and adding it to my cart a few times and then thinking “But do need this?” I recently purchased the saree silhouette by Tia Bhuva (linked below) and this was a game changer. This modern twist to a saree petticoat made my saree look so good! Not only did it fit perfectly (I’m only 5ft tall so I got the petit version in an XS) but it was also super flexible and held my saree in place all night.
The saree silhouette is made of a soft, flexible knit like material so it feels more like you’re wearing a maxi skirt than a petticoat; it’s a very breathable material so you’re also not sweating in it like you may in typical knits. The waistband allows for me to tie my saree super tight but is much softer than a traditional drawstring so I didn’t end up with marks on my waist from it at the end of the night. You can clearly tell by my picture that I was very happy in my saree that night.
My cousin was getting married this past fall and after hearing me rave about this product, she purchased one as well and wore it for her weddings with a heavy traditional silk saree. I would recommend this 100% to others who enjoy wearing sarees.
